Stock Room Admin in San Jose, California

We are currently seeking a Stock Room Admin for a 6+ month contract in Sunnyvale:
**Duties:**
- Order all supplies and handle other administrative functions. Prepare and handle reports.
- Assist Stock Admin department with daily transactions like entering new account data, processing terminations, tracking ESPP changes, assist with month-end accounting close reports, year-end tax mailings.
- Generate reports as needed for department.
**Required Skills/Experience:**
- Ability to coordinate information flow, communications and projects in a highly confidential manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to effectively and efficiently multi-task, interface with all levels, problem solve and be a mature self-starter. Strong attention to detail is mandatory. Must take pride in accuracy and being reliable. Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook required.
- Excellent analytical, management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals at all levels.
- Good with numbers.
- College Degree Preferred
